I had a great stay at Fan Flat Carreteria. the location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. the flat itself was cozy and well-equipped, and I especially loved the amazing balcony. the surrounding buildings were beautiful and added to the nice atmosphere. Cons: No sleep due to constant noise and fumes from the street.
